How to deep fry Jojo Potato Wedges?
Rinse the potato wedges with cold water.
Beat one or two eggs and dip potato wedges into beaten eggs.
Roll potato wedges in Flavor-Crisp. Discard any remaining Flavor-Crisp.
Fry at 375°F for approximately 5-7 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and crispy.
Once the potato wedges are cooked, remove them from the oil using tongs and place them on a wire rack or a paper towel-lined plate to drain off any excess oil.
