How to deep fry breaded tomatoes?
Rinse the tomatoes with cold water.
Beat a one or two eggs and dip tomatoes into beaten eggs.
Roll tomatoes in Flavor-Crisp. Discard any remaining Flavor-Crisp.
Fry at 375°F for approximately 5-7 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and crispy.
Once the tomatoes are cooked, remove them from the oil using tongs and place them on a wire rack or a paper towel-lined plate to drain off any excess oil.
How to pan fry breaded tomatoes?
Rinse the tomatoes with cold water.
Beat a one or two eggs and dip tomatoes into beaten eggs.
Roll tomatoes in Flavor-Crisp. Discard any remaining Flavor-Crisp.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. You'll want enough oil to come up to about 1/4 inch on the sides of the pan.
Add the tomatoes to the pan. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
Remove the tomatoes from the pan and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain off any excess oil.

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.

Using an oil sprayer, spray breaded tomatoes with thin coat of oil.
Air fry at 400°F for approximately 8-10 minutes, flipping them over halfway through cooking. Spray with additional oil as needed. Cook until tomatoes are golden brown and crispy.

Preheat your oven to 425°F.
