How to deep fry battered corn-on-the-cob?
Mix 16 oz. of Flavor-Crisp in 1 quart of cold water to make batter; stir until smooth.
Dip corn in Flavor-Crisp batter. Discard any remaining Flavor-Crisp.
Fry at 375°F for approximately 5-7 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and crispy.
Remove corn from the oil using tongs and place it on a wire rack or a paper towel-lined plate to drain off any excess oil.
