Flavor-Crisp Coatings and Marinade for Fried Foods

Seasoned Coater

Flavor Crisp Seasoned Coater is available in two different grinds, Fine and Medium. Fine Grind has been developed for pre-breading of food product which is to be stored refrigerated until desired application. Medium Grind has been developed to be used on a bread to order application and is the most widely used due to a crisper and coarser finished texture.

Each 30 lb. case of Flavor Crisp Coater contains (6) 5 lb bags. One case of coater will approximately coat 300 lbs. of poultry product.

Medium Coater Ingredients:

Bleached Wheat Flour, Yellow Corn Flour, Salt, Spices and Coloring, Soybean Oil, Nonfat Milk, Egg.

Fine Coater Ingredients:

Bleached Wheat Flour, Salt, Spices and Coloring, Natural Flavor Colored with Oleoresin Paprika.

Marinate

Flavor Crisp Marinate is supplied in powdered form packaged in 8 oz. portions. One packet dissolves in two gallons of cold water, and is an excellent marinade for poultry, chops, cutlets, potatoes, and vegetables. One package will take care of a case of chicken. It will draw the blood away from the bone. Allow at least twenty minutes for marinate, and always marinate under refrigeration. DO NOT marinate for over 18 hours or in an aluminum or galvanized container.

Marinate Ingredients:

Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Soya Flour, Smoke Flavor, Natural Spices and Seasonings.

Pork and Beef Rub

Sprinkle Rib Rub with shake liberally over all sides of meat before smoking or cooking. Rub in thoroughly.

Ingredients:

Salt, Sugar, Paprika, and other spices, Brown Sugar, Caramel Color, Dry Molasses, Natural Flavors, Peanut Oil, Onion, Garlic, and Extractives of Paprika. Not more than 2% Tri-calcium Phosphate added as an anti-caking agent.

Fish and Poultry Rub

Sprinkle Rib Rub with shake liberally over all sides of meat before smoking or cooking. Rub in thoroughly.

Ingredients:

Salt, Chili Pepper, Paprika, and other spices; Dextrose, Natural Flavors, Onion, Turmeric, and extractives of Paprika. Not more than 2% Silicon Dioxide added as an anti-caking agent.
